Urban Steel Water Tank Delivery
As all deliveries are done by our own professionally trained delivery crew, we can deliver to most postcodes in NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT with the exception of some extra rural areas beyond the delivery network of our own trucks.
Tank are delivered to your slab, not the front door.
If your postcode is not listed in our delivery zones, we can offer you alternate arrangements such as pick-up or using your own courier service.

Urban Poly Water Tank Delivery
Similar to urban steel tanks, poly tank deliveries are done by our own professionally trained delivery crew, we can deliver to most postcodes in NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT.
Our range of Poly tanks comes with a few delivery options:
- Free pickup from factory
- Delivered to driveway
- Delivered to slab

Garden Bed Delivery
Our garden bed delivery zones are limited to most metro and outer metro areas in NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT only.
If you are located within the delivery zones, all garden beds are delivered free of charge and you’ll only need to pay for the product price itself.
Accessory Delivery
Accessory orders will be delivered by a selection of courier that can deliver to your postcode. In most cases it will be handled by Australia Post and it's group of companies.
